We are Device Europe, a company specializing in comprehensive IT asset management. Our services include the buyout and rental of IT equipment, inventory, remarketing, employee sales, data and IT equipment migration, certified data destruction, and IT equipment recycling.
Our goal is to minimize the amount of electronic waste and help our clients achieve their environmental and operational goals, while jointly promoting occupational health and safety culture. Thanks to our specialized knowledge, innovation, and commitment, we strive to be a trusted partner, helping organizations look to the future with confidence.
We aim to be a leader in technology and sustainable development, with the goal of creating a safer and more sustainable future for our customers, employees, and our planet.
We commit to meeting requirements and improving the effectiveness of the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (EHS) functioning in our company, in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and achieving the following objectives:
- ensuring compliance with legal and other requirements related to occupational safety and environmental protection,
- creating safe and hygienic working conditions for employees,
- improving the state of workplace safety and enhancing actions in the field of occupational health and safety,
- proactively preventing accidents at work, occupational diseases, and events negatively impacting the natural environment,
- eliminating hazards and reducing occupational health and safety risks,
- prohibiting or suspending any work in case of a threat to health or life, ensuring consultation and participation of employees, subcontractors, and employee representatives, including the use of their suggestions, ideas, and proposals regarding safety and hygiene,
- effectively renewing IT equipment and responsibly reintroducing it to the market,
- consciously processing IT equipment for the reuse of electronic components,
- proper waste management, including packaging and e-waste,
- rational use of natural resources,
- preventing pollution and environmental hazards,
- participation and consultation of employees in developing and operating the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System,
- cooperation with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients who accept and identify with our mission and culture of environmental and occupational health and safety protection.
The principles of our Policy are known to every employee and are subject to the supervision of senior management.
