As an online store specializing in the sale of used devices, we care not only about your technological needs but also about our planet. Therefore, we offer the option to return your used electronic equipment when you pick up your new package.
How does it work?
- Add a comment to your order
When placing your order, include a comment indicating your intention to return used equipment. - Prepare the equipment
Prepare the package for shipment. Pack the complete device in a box and secure it. Add the label "FOR RECYCLING" to the packaging. - Return the equipment upon pickup
When you receive your package, hand over the used equipment to the courier. Remember that you can only return equipment of the same type and quantity as the purchased items.
Collection Points for used equipment
In Poland you can also return used electronic equipment to your local Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). Information about the nearest locations can be found on the website or bulletin board of your Municipality Office.

We are registered with the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection at https://rzseie.gios.gov.pl. Our registration number in the Waste Database is: 000004374. According to the law, every user of electrical and electronic equipment intended for households is required to return used equipment to collection points for such equipment. It is prohibited to dispose of used equipment together with other waste, as used electrical and electronic equipment is hazardous to the environment and, consequently, to health.
In accordance with the Act of 11 September 2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment, we inform you that:
Article 35.
- It is prohibited to collect incomplete used equipment and parts from used equipment by an entity other than:
- a distributor operating a retail unit with a sales area, as defined in Article 2 point 19 of the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 199, as amended), of at least 400 m² dedicated to the sale of equipment intended for households;
- an entity operating a processing plant;
- an entity collecting municipal waste from property owners or operating a selective municipal waste collection point, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1399, as amended).
- Incomplete used equipment is considered to be used equipment that does not contain essential parts, components, and consumables, taking into account the purpose for which the equipment was designed, that constituted part of the equipment from which the used equipment originated, on the day it was placed on the market.
Article 37.
- The distributor is obliged to accept used equipment from households free of charge at the point of sale, provided that the used equipment is of the same type and served the same functions as the equipment sold.
- The distributor, when delivering equipment intended for households to the purchaser, is obliged to accept used equipment from households free of charge at the place of delivery of this equipment, provided that the used equipment is of the same type and served the same functions as the equipment delivered.
- A distributor operating a retail unit with a sales area, as defined in Article 2 point 19 of the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development, of at least 400 m² dedicated to the sale of equipment intended for households, is obliged to accept used equipment from households, none of whose external dimensions exceeds 25 cm, free of charge at this unit or in its immediate vicinity, without the need to purchase new equipment intended for households.
Used equipment can also be returned at collection points for used equipment.
